Butler School Restoration Project

We have available the First Butler School building that dates back to the mid-1800's. The Wieseman Family that owns it is offering it to our local area to be restored and preserved. Our hopes are that it will again be used to educate school children about Pioneer Schools. We need your help to accomplish this. We need more information or pictures about this first building. If anyone has any tidbits they remember their Grandmother talking about, we would appreciate learning of them. This school was in use from approximately 1840-1888. Secondly, we need to find a suitable location for this building that will accomplish our plans. We do have a possible interested party. And third, we need help raising the money to make this happen.
